Shakshuka is typical of North African and Arab cuisine and is traditionally served in a cast iron pan or, in Morocco, a tajine. I used my @lecreuset mini round cocotte in the color flame, and let me tell you, this little baby was indeed fire. It’s such a simple dish but loaded with tons of flavor. You can add as much cayenne as you prefer to spice it up, along with our spicy Flambeaux snack mix for that extra crunchy kick. After all, the name itself is Arabic for “a mixture” so you can pretty much create your own by mixing in whatever you like!
