  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Wash the pears & thinly slice them. Over medium heat, melt butter in a pan. Then add the honey & thyme.
  3. Gently add the pear slices and let them simmer for about 5 minutes.
  4. Cut the puff pastry into 4 equal parts (rectangles or squares) & shape the borders (you can use your fingers to shape the edges).
  5. Brush the dough with the egg wash.
  6. Add a few pear slices to each rectangle of dough. Top with crumbled bleu cheese.
  7. Cook in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
  8. Sprinkle the Savoureux snack mix on top & enjoy while it’s still warm! (tip: you can sprinkle more crumbled bleu cheese on top before serving)
